(01)The Members and Officers of HRSJC are working on NGO voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Membership is non-transferable and once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.
(02)Any kind of misbehaviour or misconduct may result in rejection of membership of HRSJC. All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Delhi only.
(03)HRSJC will not be responsible for any mis-use of Identity Card issued to the Members during the course of their Membership with HRSJC.
• (04)On expiry, the Identity Cards must be submitted to the National Office. After expiry, renewal is a must for regular membership.
(05)In case of change of address, Member should inform the same to the National Office.
(06)In case of loss of the identity Card, inform the National Office in writing along with the F.I.R. immediately.
(07)All HRSJC members should contact their respective Area Committee / State
Committee / National Committee. Office once in a month Compulsory.
(08) Strict action will be taken against the Member, if found guilty floating the rules and regulations of HRJC, and are also punishable under the Indian law (IPC).
(09) If you have any doubt, question or problem, please contact HRSJC National Office.

(11) DECLARATION: I hereby solemnly affirm and declare that: The particulars mentioned by me here in above are true & correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed or suppressed thereof. If anything found incorrect at any stage, my membership may be terminated. 2. I honestly declare that I will not involve myself directly or indirectly in any act which will be against the prestige of our Nation, Society, HRSJC as well. I will abide by the rules and regulations and Bye-Laws of the HRSJC in force from time to time.
(12)All the earning moveable , immovable properties of the organising shall be solely utilized & applied towards the promotion of its aim & objects only set forth in the memorandum of association & no profit there of shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends ,bonus or in any manner whatsoever to the present & past member of organization or any person claiming through any or more of the present or past members. no member of the organization shall have any personal clam on any moveable or immovable properties of the organization or make any profit , whatsoever by virtue of his membership .
(13)All matters not provided for in this trust deed but necessary for the administration of the trust of for giving effect to the objectives of the trust may by resolution made by the HUMAN RIGHT & SOCAIL JUSTICE COMMISSION

में शपथपुर्वक घोषणा करता हूँ / करती हूँ की में भारत का / की नागरिक हूँ और स्वेक्षापुर्बक, स्वयं द्वारा वेध्यानिक मानव अधिकार एवं सामाजिक न्याय आयोग (एन .जी .ओ ) को अंशदान दे रहा हूँ / दे रही हूँ । यह अंशदान मुझे नहीं लोटाया जाएगा और ना ही मेरी सदस्यता किसी और को हस्तांतरित की जा सकेगी | इस ऑनलाइन फॉर्म के भरने के बाद 30 दिनों के अंदर हार्ड कॉपी सदस्यता फॉर्म जो वैबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है को मे भरकर फॉर्म मे उपलब्ध पत्राचार पता पर डाक या कौरिओर से भेजुगा अन्यथा मेरी सदस्यता निरस्त समझी जाएगी | मेरे द्वारा यहाँ प्रस्तुत की गई सूचनाएं पूर्णरूप से सत्य है ।
